The Barnes Bullets 22017 is the perfect match for serious hunters with its VOR-TX Safari factory-loaded ammunition. These are ideal for hunting the most dangerous game on earth, made from arguably the strongest materials available. The bullets are thoughtfully weight-matched with TSX bullets of identical caliber. This allows the Banded Solids to be swapped with expanding TSX bullets while maintaining the same impact point. The TSX bullets are designed for maximum effect - they cause severe damage to tissues and bones, offer pass-through penetration, and deliver a potent energy transfer. They have an impressive feature to expand to twice their diameter rapidly. Conversely, the Banded Solids have been engineered to be virtually indestructible. These bullets maintain a straight trajectory, resist deformation and will not deflect even when they hit heavy bone.
