Weatherby Mark V Magnum 9-Lug Scope Mount/Ring Combo Features The Weatherby Mark V Magnum 9-Lug Scope Mount/Ring Combo uses a one-piece design machined from 7000 Series billet alloy which eliminates the alignment issues that can come with separate base and ring systems. Because the mount and rings are a single integrated unit the combo delivers a more rigid repeatable platform for holding zero under recoil than a multi-piece setup. The 30mm tube diameter rings are sized medium height giving the shooter enough clearance for larger objective bells while keeping the scope mounted low for a natural cheek weld. This combo is purpose built for the Weatherby Mark V magnum action with a 9-lug bolt face and it will not fit the Vanguard or Model 307 rifles. Finished in Matte Black the mount resists glare and wear while matching the look of most Mark V rifles finished in a similar tone. At just 2 ounces the lightweight alloy construction adds virtually no bulk to the rifle an important consideration for hunters carrying their rifle over long distances. The combo is sold as a complete pair so there is no need to separately source bases and rings to complete the mounting system. For Weatherby Mark V owners seeking a precise factory-matched way to mount a 30mm scope the Weatherby Mark V Magnum 9-Lug Scope Mount/Ring Combo is a dependable choice at GrabAGun.
