Kimber 1911 LW Boot Campaign Features The Kimber 1911 LW Boot Campaign is built around a fully engraved slide reading Boot Campaign and Honor and Restore The Lives of Veterans tying the pistol directly to an organization that unites Americans to honor and restore the lives of veterans through individualized life improving care. The KimPro black finished stainless steel slide carries front and rear serrations for a sure grip when racking under stress and the 5 deep crown barrel protects the muzzle s crown for consistent accuracy shot after shot. White dot sights give a fast simple sight picture in a duty or carry pistol and the ambidextrous thumb safety lets both left and right handed shooters run the gun the same way. A GT performance trigger breaks between 4 and 5 lbs for a crisp repeatable press. The aluminum frame with an integral beavertail keeps weight down to 1.95 lbs easing all day carry without sacrificing the control a steel framed 1911 provides. A proprietary Kimber grip engineered from a durable carbon fiber and glass filled matrix replaces a traditional wood or G10 panel standing up to sweat and rough use in the field. The bundle includes three magazines a gun bag a holster and a mag carrier so a buyer has everything needed to start carrying the pistol immediately without sourcing extra gear. With its bobbed hammer 1:16 left hand twist barrel and 8.7 overall length the Kimber 1911 LW Boot Campaign is a complete mission driven carry package for sale at GrabAGun.
