Howa 1500 Carbon Elevate Features The Howa 1500 Carbon Elevate is built around a Cold Hammer Forged barrel wrapped in carbon fiber cutting weight at the muzzle end while retaining the stiffness and heat tolerance of a steel core. Chambered in 6mm ARC with a 1 in 8 twist the 20 barrel stabilizes heavier ARC bullets for consistent long-range accuracy and the 5/8x24 threaded muzzle is ready to accept a suppressor straight out of the box. The two-stage match trigger gives a clean predictable break that helps shooters press the trigger without disturbing their sight picture while the 3-position safety offers a quick tactile way to make the rifle safe or ready. A steel receiver drilled and tapped for scope bases rounds out a rifle built to mount glass and go to work. Up front the Stocky s gray synthetic stock with black webbing gives a durable weatherproof grip that will not swell or warp like wood in wet hunting conditions. A Limbsaver recoil pad and patented ACCUBLOCK lug bed work together to tame felt recoil and keep the action bedded consistently shot after shot. The rifle feeds from a 10-round detachable magazine giving hunters and shooters a quick reload without breaking position. At 6.2 lbs the Howa 1500 Carbon Elevate is a lightweight suppressor-ready package built for hunters who carry their rifle as much as they shoot it.
