Traditions NitroFire VAPR Features The Traditions NitroFire VAPR uses the Federal Premium Firestick encapsulated powder charge loaded from the breech and totally impervious to moisture giving hunters the same tight tolerances found in loaded ammunition shot after shot regardless of weather. The Chromoly steel barrel is tapered and fluted to reduce weight while maintaining rigidity for consistent accuracy and the 1:24 VAPR twist rate spins bullets fast enough to stabilize a wider range of projectile weights and styles than a traditional muzzleloader twist allows. Traditions Elite XT trigger system provides a crisp clean break with a rebounding hammer and cross-block trigger safety for dependable field use keeping the rifle secure to carry yet quick to fire when a shot presents itself. A receiver drilled and tapped for scope mounts confirms this rifle is built to shoot precisely with an optic in place rather than as an afterthought bolted on later. The included 3-9x40 duplex scope arrives mounted and boresighted letting hunters get closer to zero faster once in the field instead of burning daylight on setup. Sniper Gray Cerakote on the barrel and receiver resists corrosion far better than traditional bluing standing up to wet and cold hunting conditions across long seasons in the field. The Veil Alpine camo synthetic stock keeps the rifle concealed in the field and stands up to rough handling in rugged terrain while a solid aluminum ramrod with a quick-T handle speeds up reloading between shots when a follow-up count. For hunters who want a complete ready-to-hunt muzzleloader package that pairs a fast twist rate a weatherproof charge system and a mounted optic in one purchase the Traditions NitroFire VAPR delivers accuracy and convenience together.
