Athlon Argos BTR Tactical GEN2 Features Whether expecting close engagement with wild hogs or burning up ammo at the local range a reliable close-range scope with the ability to engage targets mid-range is something no serious shooter should be without. The Argos BTR Tactical GEN2 delivers exactly that versatility through its 1-8x magnification range aircraft grade aluminum tube and Xpl protective coating over its advanced fully multi-coated lenses. Argon purging and a one-piece tube construction keep the scope waterproof fogproof and shockproof across a wide range of field and weather conditions. For multigunners and hunters who need one scope to handle both close-quarters and mid-range engagements the Argos BTR Tactical GEN2 s wide magnification range covers both without switching optics. A high precision erector system delivers 120 MOA of total elevation and windage adjustment with 0.5 MOA click values giving shooters fine-tuned zeroing across 44 MOA of adjustment per rotation. Fixed parallax at 100 yards simplifies operation for fast target engagement and 3.5 inches of eye relief keeps the scope comfortable and safe to use under recoil. Ambidextrous controls and a matte black finish round out a scope built for practical field and range use. A mount is not included with this scope so shooters should plan to pair it with a 30mm compatible ring or cantilever mount suited to their rifle platform. For shooters who already have a preferred mounting solution or want to select their own the Athlon Argos BTR Tactical GEN2 delivers a versatile optic ready to bring to any 30mm mount available now at GrabAGun.
