The Rene + Acid Double BOA + Katana AW FASE Package is built to feel capable the moment a rider steps into it, not after a season of breaking it in. The Rome Rene's Fusion Camber holds positive camber underfoot for edge hold and pop, with small rocker pockets at the contact points that keep turn entry forgiving despite a mid-stiff flex. The Bataleon Acid Double BOA boot's independent upper and lower dials dial in precise fit on the first run instead of waiting for a liner to pack out over time. The Rome Katana AW FASE binding's fast-entry system connects at three points to the baseplate, holding power through a turn from the very first strap-in. Nothing here asks to be earned before it delivers. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I expected a mid-stiff setup like this to need a few days before it felt like mine, and instead the first run out of the box already felt dialed in. The boot's dual dials locked my heel down exactly where I wanted it, and the board held an edge through a turn I usually save for later in the season. Nothing about this setup made me wait to feel confident."
