In late 1942, Smith-Corona Typewriter Company began production of the M1903A3 at its plant in Syracuse, New York. It has a 24-inch barrel. A blade front sight and an adjustable rear peep sight. The butt stock has a storage compartment. The forearm is a smooth grip two-piece hardwood. Serial Number 4729971. The barrel is stamped SC dated 6-43. No box.
