This inexpensive and user friendly target stand option uses a readily available and affordable 2x4 stud as the cross member, while using the proven EMT Conduit for the legs. Simply buy two lengths of 1" EMT conduit at your local hardware store, cut them in half and drill the necessary holes and you are ready to attach these leg assemblies to any length 2x4 stud.
