These 28" pepper poppers are built to outlast and out perform competitor designs. The target itself is constructed of 3/8" AR500, the base 1/8" and 1/4" steel. The hinge is constructed of 5/8" steel rod and thick wall DOM(seamless) steel tube. This yields a very rugged yet smooth hinge. In addition the hinge pin may be removed without tools. The base also features a heavy duty rubber bumper to stop the target. When laying flat the targets and bases stack neatly to save space.Add Clay target flipper with spikes option- this option can be selected to add a reactive clay target flipper and 4 heavy duty spikes to help keep the pepper popper and clay flipper in place .
