Filling Instructions Fill with sand, dirt, peat gravel, etc., leaving a little bit of room at the top. Brush sand and debris off the VELCROA(R) closure with your hand. If it&&';;s stuffed too full and there&&';;s a bunch of sand between the VELCROA(R) when you try to close it, it would be like trying to close a bottle of Coca-Cola after you shake it up. If the Filler Bag is too full, the VELCROA(R) can&&';;t work as designed. VELCROA(R) both closures shut. Put it in a GORUCK Rucksack and get to work. Cleaning and Maintenance Turn inside out and spray down with a hose and soapy water. This removes sand and debris from the stitching and increases the longevity of your Filler Bags.
