The late William F. Moran Jr., better known as Bill Moran, was a legend in the knifemaking community. The founder of the American Bladesmith Society (ABS), he was also instrumental in the rediscovery of hand-forged Damascus steel. In 1995, Spyderco was honored to collaborate with him on their first fixed-blade knife, an expression of his "Featherlight" pattern. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of this model and what would have been Bill's 100th birthday, they are proud to introduce a stunning Sprint Run version of the Moran Upswept.
