From MS3-grade Australian Wagyu beef, each cut is liberally marbled with white streaks of fat that infuse the meat with juicy, succulent flavor during cooking. Much more tender and tasty than store-bought beef, Wagyu is also healthier, with lower saturated fats and higher omega-3s and omega-6s. We source our premium Wagyu from Western Australia In this fertile farming region Wagyu cattle (the same breed used to produce the famous Japanese Kobe) are raised humanely, allowed to free graze and grain-finished for a minimum of 300 days to ensure utmost tenderness. Zero antibiotics, hormones or chemicals are used in the rearing of the cows.
