A Zerust-coated stainless steel sink carries the conditioned sample or buffer a large single sink and ample storage for accessories and supplies. The insulated sink includes adequate overflow protection and the water closet has been designed so that the draining faucet which is situated on the side is not obstructed by the water closet door when in use. The deep sink leaves ample space for the addition of water or a new sample. The shock-absorbing double-molded basin keeps the clean water running in a deep and wide dish. Pre-conditioned samples and corrosive environments may be difficult to pass through conventional disinfectants such as ethyl alcohol aqueous ones such as ozone containing water or strong acids and alkalis. Chemicals such as ozone containing alkanol or iodophoric alkalis may leach into water sources such as wells ponds and lakes. Chemicals such as peroxides aldehydes sulfites and chlorine should not be used in systems based on pre-incubation procedures.
