This semi-slick tire borrows its tread design from the trail version of the Rekon, but with smaller and shorter knobs. Use it as a rear tire paired with a more aggressive front tread, or front and rear for short track racing. MSPD, or MaxxSpeed, is the latest version of Maxxis' race compound and uses a silica filler to improve speed and wet traction while reducing rolling resistance by 25%. EXO sidewall protection helps prevent puncture from sidewall abrasions, and TR means Tubeless Ready with sealant required.
