This is a classic lever action rifle with modern touches. Marlin model 1895 chambered in .45-70 and features updated fiberoptic sights and an aluminum M-LOK handguard for mounting accessories. The butt stock has more M-LOK slots and a cheek riser. QD points front and rear allow for a modern sling setup. The muzzle is threaded for installation of any sort of muzzle device. The factory muzzle brake is currently installed. 11 inches of picatinny scope rail allow for optics ranging from a forward mounted scout style scope, to clip on thermal or night vision or a red dot and magnifier combination. An ammunition caddy mounted on the rail allows for magazine top off and the angled fore grip adds to ergonomics. This would make an excellent option for a predator hunting rifle, guide gun, or home defense in states with more restrictive laws on semi-automatic rifles.
