Primary Arms 2-Bolt Magnifiers SLx Flip-To-Side Magnifier Mount Features The Primary Arms 2-Bolt Magnifiers SLx Flip-To-Side Magnifier Mount uses a direct bolt system rather than a traditional ring design to interface with compatible magnifiers which saves weight adds strength and eliminates the possibility of the magnifier slipping or twisting under recoil. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a hardcoat anodized coating the mount is built to shrug off the wear of regular mounting dismounting and field use. Dual crossbolts made from steel alloy clamp the magnifier down with up to 55 in-lbs of torque giving shooters confidence the optic will stay zeroed and aligned through hard use. At a length of 4.0 inches and a height of 2.9 inches the mount keeps a low profile on the rail while still clearing the standard Picatinny interface it is designed to fit. Out of the box the mount sets a standard 1.41 inch optical centerline and the included spacers extend that up to 1.535 inches or 1.64 inches so the magnifier lines up cleanly behind nearly any primary red dot height. At just 2.5 ounces the mount adds almost no weight to a rifle build which matters on a gun already carrying a primary optic a light and a sling. Because it is purpose built for Primary Arms direct bolt-on style magnifiers the flip-to-side design lets a shooter swing the magnifier out of the way instantly for close work and back into position just as fast for distance. That combination of low weight adjustable height and rock solid clamping makes it a practical upgrade for anyone running a magnified companion optic behind a red dot.
