GBRS Group FTC Features The GBRS Group FTC magnifier mount uses a force-to-overcome mechanism to let the shooter flip the magnifier into the line of sight only when needed then tuck it back out of the way when not in use. This design eliminates the flip-to-side placement found on legacy magnifier mounts which can add bulk and snag points to a weapon s profile. When stowed the magnifier sits below the optical sight plane and fully within the receiver footprint keeping the sight picture unobstructed. The mount raises the magnifier to a 2.91 height to the optic center line matching the compatibility requirements of GBRS Group Hydra mounting systems. Machined from 7075 T6 aluminum and finished in a Type III hardcoat anodized black coating the FTC is built to withstand the wear of repeated use in training and operational environments. A QD lever rail mount allows the unit to be attached and removed from a Picatinny rail quickly and without tools.
