CobraTec Knives Raptor Features The CobraTec Raptor is a double action out the front automatic knife deploying and retracting its 3.12 inch blade with a single smooth switch motion. The handle is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum a manufacturing approach that gives each part a precise fit and contributes to the Raptor standing out as one of the smoothest operating OTF knives available. The D2 steel blade carries a polished finish and a drop point profile delivering both strong edge retention and a clean refined appearance. A kinetic locking system secures the blade in the open position giving the user confidence during fast repeated deployment. At 7.62 inches overall length and 4.5 inches closed the Raptor is sized for comfortable pocket carry while still offering a substantial blade for cutting tasks. A right hand pocket clip keeps the knife positioned for quick access and a built in glass breaker adds a useful emergency feature to the design. The D2 blade is heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 60 giving it durable resistance to chipping and edge rolling under regular use. Backed by CobraTec s lifetime warranty the Raptor offers buyers long term confidence in a well engineered American designed OTF knife.
