CobraTec Knives Dominator Features The CobraTec Dominator is a double action out the front automatic knife meaning the 3.25 inch blade both deploys and retracts with a single switch motion for fast repeatable operation. The handle is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum a process that ensures each part fits with precision and contributes to the Dominator s reputation as one of the smoothest performing OTF knives on the market. The D2 steel blade carries a two tone finish and a drop point profile combining strong edge retention with a distinctive eye catching look. A kinetic locking system secures the blade in the open position during use adding confidence to the knife s rapid deployment. At an overall length of 8.25 inches and a closed length of 5 inches the Dominator offers a substantial blade in a knife that still folds down compactly for pocket carry. A right hand pocket clip keeps the knife accessible and ready while an integrated glass breaker adds a practical emergency tool to the design. The blade s D2 steel is heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 61 giving it strong resistance to edge rolling and chipping under hard use. Every CobraTec Dominator is backed by the company s lifetime warranty giving buyers confidence in a knife built for years of dependable service.
