Civivi Knives Elementum Slip Joint Features The Civivi Elementum Slip Joint carries a 2.96 inch drop point blade made from 14C28N stainless steel hardened to 57 to 59 HRC for a good balance of edge retention and ease of sharpening. The blade features a hollow grind and a black stonewashed finish which reduces glare and gives the knife a rugged worn in appearance from day one. A traditional slip joint locking mechanism opened via a nail nick pays homage to classic folding knife designs while still providing secure blade retention during use. Bronze washers at the pivot keep the action smooth over years of opening and closing. The handle is crafted from Guibourtia wood offering a natural tactile grip with a closed length of just 4.06 inches for easy pocket carry. Stainless steel liners and a matching black back spacer add structural rigidity without significantly increasing the knife s 3.05 ounce weight. A reversible tip up pocket clip accommodates both left and right handed carry preferences making the knife accessible to a wide range of users. With its blend of traditional style and modern materials the Civivi Elementum Slip Joint is available for sale at GrabAGun for everyday carry.
