Product Description
Case XX Trapper Features The Case XX Trapper is built as a traditional jack knife with two full length blades a slender clip blade commonly used for detail work and a long spey blade suited to all-purpose utility tasks. Both blades are made from Case Tru-Sharp surgical stainless steel a special high-carbon steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel while delivering extraordinary blade strength and corrosion resistance. The blades carry a mirror-polished finish and a nail nick opening style true to classic slipjoint design with a Rockwell hardness rated between 55 and 57 for dependable edge retention. A slipjoint lock type keeps the design simple reliable and true to the Trapper s long heritage. The handle is crafted from Blue Sycamore wood part of Case s new Core series for 2025 where the natural grain in each piece gives rise to a knife as unique as its owner s thumbprint. A brass bolster and shield complete the traditional look and add durability to the handle s construction. Closed the Trapper measures 3.25 inches opening to 7.4 inches overall with a comfortable pocketable size for everyday carry. Made in Bradford Pennsylvania from domestic and imported materials and backed by a limited lifetime warranty the Case XX Trapper in Blue Sycamore continues a storied American knifemaking tradition.
