Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR Features The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR is chambered in 28 Nosler and built around a 26 barrel with a 1 in 8 rate of twist a combination suited to heavy high ballistic coefficient bullets at extended range. The threaded 5/8x24 muzzle lets hunters run a brake to tame recoil or swap in a suppressor for quieter more comfortable shooting. A matte blued finish on both the receiver and barrel resists the elements while keeping the rifle s profile low key in the field. The 3+1 capacity magazine feeds smoothly through the action giving hunters a quick follow up shot when conditions demand it. The OVIX Camo composite stock is built for durability across rough terrain and variable weather holding zero reliably from pack to shot. A top tang safety keeps the manual of arms fast and intuitive letting a hunter go from safe to ready without shifting grip. At 7 lbs 9 oz the rifle balances portability for long stalks with enough heft to settle the reticle on target.
