The Blur has long been a favored choice among Kershaw enthusiasts known for its reliability in demanding situations whether at work or in the garage. Its recurve blade excels in multitasking offering superb slicing and piercing abilities. The knife features durable yet lightweight aircraft aluminum handles which include a carbide tip. This is crucial because a regular steel tip won't be as effective in emergencies. If you need to shatter a windshield to rescue someone carbide is essential and the Blur Glassbreaker delivers. The blade enhances its utility as a rescue tool made from high-performance Sandvik 14C28N steel. The partially serrated edge effortlessly cuts through seatbelt webbing and other tough materials potentially making a critical difference when time is of the essence. The Blur Glassbreaker is designed to ensure a firm grip even in challenging conditions. The handle incorporates Trac-Tec grip tape inserts providing extra traction to keep the knife secure in your hand. It also features SpeedSafe assisted opening allowing for easy one-handed operation which is vital since you might not always have both hands available in emergencies.
