The Browning 1911-22 is scaled at 85% of the full-size 1911 and features controls that operate just as those in the original Browning-designed Model 1911. A straight blowback action offers enhanced simplicity and reliability while polished feed ramp offers reliable feeding. Vertical serrations on the slide provide an improved cocking grip. The button-rifled target crowned steel barrel is reliable accurate and designed to provide years of fast-shooting. The 1911-22 also has a grip and manual thumb safeties single-action trigger pull and a steel slide block encloses the firing pin and extractor.This Black Label model utilizes a composite frame with an accessory rail and machined 7075 aluminum subframe slide rails and slide. It has a threaded 4.875" barrel black/gray G-10 grips 3-dot combat sights and extended slide release. Included is a 10-round magazine and ABS carry case.
