Trijicon ACOG 4x32 BAC Riflescope with Trijicon RMR Type 2 .223 BDC Red Chevron - Dual-Illuminated - Combat Proven Combo Adapted from the battlefields, US Forces have begun improving the proven Trijicon ACOG scope by adding a small red dot sight on top for close encounter missions. Trijicon has now created a similar model for the public, the TA31-D-100570. The main ACOG scope provides a dual-illuminated reticle using fiber optics and tritium for bright aiming point in any light condition. The ranging reticle allows for bullet drop compensation out to 800 meters without any manual adjustments. A Trijicon RMR Type 2 sits on top with 3.25 MOA automatic LED red dot. This battlefield-proven combination enables rapid engagement from close quarters to 800 meters. Features 4x magnification, 32mm objective, red chevron reticle, Bindon Aiming Concept for both-eyes-open shooting, FDE finish, forged aluminum housing, and TA51 thumbscrew flattop mount. Weight 17 oz. Includes RMR Type 2, thumbscrew flattop adapter (TA51), LENSPEN (TA56), lanyard assembly for adjuster caps (TA71E), Trijicon logo sticker (PR15), ACOG BAC manual, and warranty card. SKU: TA31-D-100570. $2,787.00. Combat-Proven Combo Configuration Adapted from the battlefields where US Forces began improving the proven ACOG by adding a small red dot sight on top for close encounter missions, this factory combo delivers the same capability to civilian, law enforcement, and military shooters. The dual-optic configuration provides 4x magnification for precision engagement at distance and a 3.25 MOA red dot for rapid close-quarters shooting. This versatile combination proves ideal for dynamic scenarios requiring both precision and speed. Dual-Illuminated Fiber Optic and Tritium Reticle The main ACOG scope provides a dual-illuminated reticle using fiber optics and tritium for a bright aiming point in any light condition. During daylight, fiber optics gather ambient light to illuminate the reticle. In low-light or darkness, tritium provides self-luminous illumination. This battery-free system ensures the optic is always on, always ready-no batteries to die, no switches to turn on. The automatic brightness adjustment adapts to available light for optimal visibility. .223/5.56 BDC Ranging Reticle The ranging reticle allows for bullet drop compensation out to 800 meters without any manual adjustments. The BDC (Bullet Drop Compensating) reticle is calibrated for .223/5.56 NATO ammunition, providing holdover marks for extended-range shooting. Target-ranging capability enables shooters to estimate distances and apply appropriate holds for first-round hits at various ranges. This reticle design proves invaluable for defensive and tactical applications. Red Chevron Reticle The red chevron reticle provides a precise aiming point with chevron tip for pinpoint accuracy while the chevron shape offers rapid target acquisition. The chevron design proves faster to acquire than traditional crosshairs while maintaining precision for accurate shot placement. The red illumination ensures visibility against varied target backgrounds. Trijicon RMR Type 2 with 3.25 MOA Dot The Trijicon RMR Type 2 sits on top with a 3.25 MOA automatic LED red dot. The RMR Type 2 represents Trijicon's latest miniature reflex sight with improved electronics and durability. The automatic LED adjusts brightness based on ambient light, ensuring optimal dot visibility without manual adjustment. The 3.25 MOA dot balances precision with rapid target acquisition for close-quarters engagements. Versatile Engagement Capability The combo configuration enables engagement from close quarters to 800 meters. For CQB and rapid close-range shooting, the RMR provides unlimited eye relief and both-eyes-open shooting. For precision shots from 100 to 800 meters, the 4x ACOG delivers magnification and BDC holdovers. This dual capability eliminates the need to choose between close-range speed and long-range precision. Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC) "Both eyes open" shooting using Trijicon's Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC) feature allows for improved situational awareness. The BAC enables shooters to keep both eyes open while using the 4x magnification, superimposing the magnified reticle view over the unmagnified view from the non-aiming eye. This technique maintains peripheral vision and spatial awareness while providing magnified precision on target. 4x Magnification with 32mm Objective The 4x magnification provides optimal balance between target identification, precision aiming, and field of view for tactical applications. The 32mm objective lens gathers sufficient light for clear sight picture while maintaining compact dimensions. This proven magnification level has been the standard for combat optics across decades of military service. Fixed-Power Rugged Design The fixed-power design allows for minimal moving parts to create a nearly indestructible sighting system. Unlike variable-power scopes with complex adjustment mechanisms, the fixed 4x ACOG contains fewer components that could fail under extreme conditions. This simplicity translates to exceptional reliability and durability in combat and tactical environments. Outstanding Optical Clarity The quality of the glass and multi-coated lenses maximize light-gathering capabilities and clear field of view with zero distortion. Trijicon's premium optical coatings enhance light transmission while reducing glare and reflections. The result is a crisp, clear sight picture even in challenging lighting conditions. Combat Proven Reliability No other magnified optic has been used more in combat than the ACOG. Decades of military service in the harshest conditions on Earth have proven the ACOG's reliability, durability, and performance. This combat pedigree ensures the optic performs when lives depend on it. Shock-Resistant Construction Proven to withstand recoil from a .22LR to a .50BMG and everything in between. Easily passes U.S. Military drop test requirements. The forged aluminum housing and robust internal components survive impacts, drops, and sustained recoil that would destroy lesser optics. Exceptional Waterproof Performance Exceptional waterproof performance that exceeds military standards. Dry nitrogen-filled to eliminate fogging. The optic is tested to withstand submersion to 66 feet (-20m) while maintaining zero and function. This waterproofing ensures reliability in rain, snow, river crossings, and maritime operations. Extreme Temperature Performance This optic is tested to withstand and perform in extreme cold and heat with dry-nitrogen filled housing that mitigates fogging. From Arctic cold to desert heat, the ACOG maintains zero and clarity. The nitrogen purging prevents internal fogging from temperature changes or humidity. TA51 Thumbscrew Flattop Mount The included TA51 thumbscrew flattop adapter provides tool-free installation and removal on any Picatinny/MIL-STD-1913 rail. The thumbscrew design enables rapid mounting and dismounting without tools while maintaining secure attachment and return to zero. The mount positions the optic at proper height for AR-15/M4 platforms. FDE Flat Dark Earth Finish The Flat Dark Earth finish provides tactical discretion with reduced reflectivity while offering corrosion resistance and professional appearance. The FDE color proves popular for tactical applications and coordinates with FDE rifles and accessories. Compact and Lightweight At just 17 oz and measuring 5.98" x 2" x 2.3", the ACOG with mounted RMR maintains compact dimensions and manageable weight. The lightweight design proves ideal for carbines and tactical rifles where minimizing added weight matters for handling and balance.
