The Taurus Model 605 is a compact, no-nonsense double-action revolver chambered in the potent .357 Magnum, designed for concealed carry, home defense, or backup duty. Built on a rugged steel frame with a 2" barrel and a 5-shot capacity, the 605 delivers serious stopping power in a sleek, manageable platform that's easy to conceal and fast into action. What sets the Model 605 apart is its balance of power and portability. The DA/SA trigger system allows for deliberate double-action pulls or crisp single-action shots, while the all-steel construction ensures durability and manages magnum recoil more effectively than alloy-frame alternatives. The matte black oxide finish resists wear and corrosion, making it ideal for EDC or nightstand duty. Chambered for both .357 Magnum and .38 Special, this revolver gives you flexibility in recoil management and ammo cost. Textured rubber grips provide a confident hold, and fixed front/rear sights offer fast, intuitive target acquisition.
