Product Description
THE 522 VIPER HAS A MIXED REPUTATION. EARLY RIFLES WITH STEEL MAGAZINES ARE OFTEN REGARDED MORE FAVORABLY THAN EXAMPLES FITTED WITH LATER PLASTIC MAGAZINES, WHICH HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH FEEDING PROBLEMS.
Notes:
The 522 Viper has a mixed reputation. Early rifles with steel magazines are often regarded more favorably than examples fitted with later plastic magazines, which have been associated with feeding problems. Because production was relatively brief, replacement magazines and other parts can be harder to find than those for more common .22 rifles.
