RIFLE: PSA - PALMETTO STATE ARMORY MODEL BLEM PSA PA-15 16" M4 PHOSPHATE 5.56 NATO, SERIAL NUMBER CHSF025900, BLACK (MATTE), CASE NOT INCLUDED, SEMI - AUTOMATIC, 5.56 NATO, 16IN Notes: The Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a familiar AR-15-pattern rifle built around conventional controls, modular construction, and broad aftermarket compatibility. This example is chambered in 5.56 NATO and features a 16-inch pencil-profile barrel, carbine-length gas system, full-length handguard, and an A2-style muzzle device. The lightweight barrel profile keeps the front end manageable while retaining the versatility expected from a general-purpose AR. What really sets this rifle apart is its matching green HERA Arms CQR Gen 2 stock and foregrip, giving the otherwise traditional PA-15 a distinctive modern appearance. It comes with one metal 30-round magazine and no additional accessories. With no optic currently installed, the rifle provides a clean starting point for the next owner to add their preferred sighting system, light, sling, or other compatible accessories.
