Performance is unaffected. Optic mounting screws (not included): 6-32 x 1/3" for the cover plate and 6-32 x 7/16" for the optic on the plate. Verify Glock 19 Gen 3 frame compatibility before install. Cycle by hand to confirm full lockup, then run a 100-200 round break-in with quality 115-124gr FMJ before duty or carry use.
