"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I’ve been recommending the Hurricane XLT JR for years, but the updated version is a real step up. The FuseLock™ system feels way more secure, and the softer topsole adds comfort without compromising durability. It’s an everyday adventure sandal that actually holds up to kid-level chaos.""The Teva Hurricane XLT JR Sandal has long been a go-to for active kids, and now it's even better. With enhanced comfort, upgraded traction, and a new FuseLock™ hook-and-loop system that makes getting the right fit easier and more secure, this sandal is ready to chase every warm-weather plan. Whether it’s summer camp, creek crossings, or hiking trails, the XLT JR is built to handle it all. Recycled REPREVE® webbing dries fast after splashes, and the cushioned topsole—now with even more EVA—keeps feet comfortable from the first step to the last. A redesigned rubber outsole adds grip on variable terrain, and durable construction means this one’s in it for the long haul. It’s the same Hurricane they love, just stronger, comfier, and more capable than ever."
