"The Columbia Saudan Pro 3L Shell pairs Omni-Tech Pro waterproofing with articulated elbows, so a fully sealed, 100% nylon 3-layer shell still bends through a full reach instead of fighting the arm. A wire brim hood holds its shape in wind, adjusted one-handed with the Cohaesive cord lock system. Bonded seams at the visor, hem, and cuffs close off the usual points where weather works its way in. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I keep my permit in the interior security pocket and my phone in the bonded zip pocket, so nothing shifts or gets wet even after hours of exposure on an approach."""
