Geissele Super Duty MOD1 5.56mm 14.5" Heavy Barrel (.750 Journal) DDC Complete Upper Receiver 08-626S is designed to mate with any AR-15 lower, giving builders access to Super Duty engineering without needing the full rifle package. Built around a 14.5" cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7 twist, this Geissele 14.5 upper carries a Heavy Profile with a .750" gas journal for added rigidity and heat capacity. A mid-length gas system through a Super Compact Gas Block keeps cycling smooth even as the barrel heats up over sustained strings of fire. This Geissele Complete upper features Geissele's MK16 M-LOK free-float rail, center-tabbed for torque resistance so it stays locked to the receiver rather than working loose over time. A HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device comes suppressor-ready, and a Nanoweapon-coated Reliability Enhanced BCG with forged Stressproof Bolt handles the reciprocating side of things. An Airborne Charging Handle rounds out the controls. Finished in Desert Dirt Color, this Geissele Super Duty 14.5 upper is optics-ready straight out of the box and built in the USA. It's a solid pick for anyone building toward Super Duty reliability without wanting to buy an entire rifle.
