The Trijicon HD XR Night Sight Set for S & W Bodyguard 2.0 is a next-generation iron sight upgrade tailored precisely for the compact frame geometry of the Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 pocket pistol. Machined from solid, heavy-duty steel, this specialized system addresses common sight-picture complaints on micro-compact firearms by employing an ultra-thin 0.122-inch front sight post. This thinner post opens up the side-to-side sight window, providing an expanded downrange field of view that enables significantly higher precision and faster target indexing at extended self-defense distances. Operating completely battery-free, the sights utilize premium green tritium phosphor-filled glass lamps enclosed within protective aluminum cylinders and cushioned with silicone rubber to maintain structural integrity under heavy slide recoil. The front post features an aggressive photoluminescent yellow outline ring that accelerates quick eye focus during daylight transitions, while the subdued, angled "U" notch rear face eliminates distracting glare. Additionally, the rear housing is designed with a steep forward hook to comfortably facilitate emergency, single-handed slide manipulations off a belt or hard edge.
