The 70 series allows maximum power on models where the full size stator will not fit Ideal for running extra lights and heated clothing Starting on the Dyna, Touring and Softail models (except FXCW, FXCWC and FXSTSEE3) the compensator spring cup is built in to the alternator rotor It is original equipment on Touring models, Trike and some CVO models Note: Not recommended for use with oil coolers that mount in front of the regulator. Not recommend installing an oil cooler in front of any regulator. Will not fit with low mount oil cooler.
