The MDT Stalker Core Buttstock strips the precision rifle buttstock down to its essentials, delivering a rigid, no-frills platform for shooters who want to shed weight without giving up MDT's build quality. At just 9 ounces, its Cerakote-finished aluminum skeleton and narrow overmolded polymer buttpad keep the rear of the rifle compact and unobtrusive, ideal for shooters running body armor, bulky layers, or night-vision gear where a low profile matters. An ultra-low default length of pull of 11.2" suits tight, fast-mounting positions common in hunting and tactical applications. Despite its minimalist footprint, the Stalker Core is built as a modular foundation, ready to accept MDT's Cheek Riser Kit, LOP Spacer Kit, and QD accessories as a shooter's setup evolves. Compatible with any MDT XTN-interface chassis and folding adapter, it installs in seconds with the included hex key and standard hardware, making it an easy, budget-friendly upgrade for lightweight hunting rifles or compact competition builds.
