What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I ran an all-day technical trail loop in the Olympus 275 Hilo Trail Running Shoe and the Vibram Megagrip outsole held on confidently through wet rock and loose scree alike. The roomy toe box let my feet spread out naturally even deep into the run when everything usually starts to swell."Technical trail days demand a shoe that can handle both the grind uphill and the chaos of a fast, rocky descent, and the Olympus 275 Hilo Trail Running Shoe is built for exactly that range. A roomy FootShape™ toe box lets toes move naturally while the midfoot stays secure, keeping the fit comfortable whether it's mile five or mile fifty. Updated Altra EGO™ MAX midsole foam adds a plush, bouncy feel underfoot while staying noticeably lighter than before, and a zero drop platform encourages a natural stride over long miles. A Vibram® Megagrip outsole with TractionLug™ grips confidently across wet rock, loose dirt, and everything in between, while a MATRYX® woven upper with a built-in scree sleeve keeps debris out through the roughest terrain.
