The Wild Country Friend Set gets a meaningful update this generation with the new Flow Cord sling: a seamless core-mantle construction that replaces the stiff bartacks of previous versions for smooth, snag-free extension when a placement needs to be lengthened mid-route. Hollow axles, wide lobes, and reliable seating in parallel and flared cracks carry forward unchanged, the core of what has made Friends a trad rack staple for decades. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"The hollow axles are Wild Country's own patented design. They shave weight without sacrificing the strength that matters when a placement is all that stands between a climber and the deck."
