What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I love these for fast-moving days when every ounce matters. The fixed length means zero fuss, and they’re so light it’s easy to forget you’re holding them. The Cross Shark grip is pure genius—it’s supportive like a trekking pole but quick and comfortable like a running pole. They fold down fast, fit in my vest, and feel bomber even when pushing uphill on loose terrain." The LEKI Cross Trail FX 1 Superlite Trekking Poles redefine what it means to move light and fast through the mountains. Built from high-modulus carbon for featherweight strength, these fixed-length poles blend the fluid motion of trail running with the stability and support of a trekking setup. Perfect for endurance missions and long alpine traverses, each pole weighs under six ounces yet delivers full-scale performance on rugged terrain. The Cross Shark grip merges the precision of LEKI’s trail-running design with ergonomic hiking comfort, while the breathable Shark Frame Strap Mesh hugs the hand for a secure, efficient power transfer. The foam grip extension offers alternative holds on steep grades, and the push-button folding system collapses the pole to just 37cm (under 16in) for effortless packability. With carbide tips for secure traction and a modern, minimalist aesthetic, these poles are built to go far, fast, and with unwavering confidence.
