What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I brought the Greystone 30 on a summer backpacking loop in the Cascades and it performed perfectly—warm enough for high-alpine nights, but never too hot. It packs down small, and I really appreciate the eco-friendly water-repellent finish when dealing with tent condensation."The Greystone 30 600 DownTek Sleeping Bag gives us everything we want for summer and shoulder-season adventures: a lightweight build, compact pack size, and just the right amount of insulation for chilly but not frigid nights. Whether we’re hiking to alpine lakes, road-tripping through the desert, or crashing on a friend’s floor mid-adventure, this versatile mummy bag keeps us warm without weighing us down. Constructed with 600-fill DownTek™ insulation, the Greystone retains loft and warmth even in the presence of moisture. The recycled polyester shell and lining are treated with a PFAS-free water-repellent finish, while a contoured hood and draft collar help reduce heat loss in key areas.
