What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"This is the one I grab when I’m packing for a whole weekend. It swallows up a ton of cans, fits wine bottles upright, and still carries comfortably with the strap. The zipper-free lid makes it way easier to use than other soft coolers."Whether it’s a weekend escape or a full day at the lake, the Recon ZL 21L Cooler is built to bring the cold along. With room for 35 cans—or a mix of food, drinks, and even upright wine bottles—it delivers capacity without bulk, making it easy to carry and pack. FrostCore™ insulation keeps contents cold, while the rugged recycled nylon shell and welded liner ensure it stays durable and leakproof. The reinforced base keeps it steady whether it’s stacked on a Recon Hardside or standing on its own. Instead of fighting zippers, the dual-hinge lid pops open from either side—or comes off entirely—for smooth, one-handed access. Finished with MOLLE loops for accessories, D-rings for tie-downs, removable magnetic handles, and a padded shoulder strap, the Recon ZL Large is ready for any trip where keeping it cold matters.
