Based on the images, this appears to be a sporterized Spanish Mauser bolt-action rifle, though the exact model and chambering cannot be positively identified. The rifle features a shortened sporting stock, modified military configuration, iron sights, and a leather sling. Overall condition appears fair for its age, with a smooth-looking walnut stock that shows handling wear, scattered finish marks, and an aged patina on the metal surfaces consistent with long-term use. Serial number V7694. Includes a leather sling. Spanish Mauser rifles were produced in various configurations from the late 1890s through the mid-20th century, with many later converted into sporting rifles for hunting and recreational shooting. Built on the renowned Mauser controlled-feed bolt-action design, these rifles earned a reputation for strength, reliability, and accuracy. Due to the sporterized configuration and lack of visible arsenal markings, the exact model, caliber, and date of manufacture cannot be confirmed, but the rifle likely began life as a Spanish military Mauser before being modified for civilian sporting use.
