Arsenal SLR-106FR 5.56x45mm With Folding Stock Arsenal SLR-106FR semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. Manufactured in Bulgaria, this AK-pattern rifle features a stamped-steel receiver, 16.25-inch chrome-lined, cold-hammer-forged barrel, left-side folding polymer stock, and black military-style furniture. The SLR-106FR was designed around the familiar AK operating system while using the widely available 5.56x45mm cartridge. Its long-stroke gas-piston action, rotating bolt, and stamped receiver provide the traditional operating characteristics associated with the Bulgarian SLR series. A full-size polymer buttstock folds to the left side of the receiver and locks into place for a more compact storage and transportation profile. The stock retains a traditional Warsaw Pact length of pull and can be deployed without removing the receiver cover or altering the rifle's standard controls. The black polymer forearm has horizontal gripping ribs and incorporates an internal heat shield. A matching polymer upper handguard surrounds the gas tube, while the checkered pistol grip provides a secure firing-hand surface. The receiver has a factory side-mounted optics rail for compatible AK-pattern scope mounts. Factory iron sights consist of an elevation-adjustable tangent rear sight and protected front post. The front sight assembly also supports the bayonet lug and cleaning rod. The 16.25-inch barrel is fitted with a removable 24mm-pattern muzzle brake. Additional military-style features include a cleaning rod, accessory lug, paddle-style magazine release, right-side safety selector, and sling attachment points. This rifle is in excellent condition with minimal evidence of handling or operational use. The black finish remains strong across the receiver, barrel assembly, gas system, and controls. The polymer stock, handguards, and pistol grip remain clean with sharply defined texture. The folding-stock mechanism, sights, muzzle brake, optics rail, and cleaning rod remain in place.
