The Cuddeback Sun & Shade Solar Power Bank is an external power solution designed to extend the operating time of CuddeLink and Tracks trail cameras in remote monitoring locations. This PW-003 configuration combines a 5-watt polycrystalline solar panel with 4000 mAh of rechargeable power capacity, allowing it to collect energy in direct sun or suitable ambient light under shaded conditions. Two built-in 7.2-volt NiMH rechargeable batteries store the collected energy and are designed to remain functional in sub-freezing temperatures, making the unit useful for extended seasonal camera deployments. When connected, the trail camera draws from the external power source first, reducing demand on the batteries installed inside the camera. If the solar bank becomes depleted during a prolonged period of insufficient light, the camera can continue operating from its internal batteries. After the solar batteries regain sufficient charge, the power bank automatically resumes supplying the camera without requiring a manual reset. Integrated power and charging indicators provide a convenient way to check operating status during routine camera visits. The included Genius mount and mounting strap allow the panel to be positioned on a tree, post or other suitable support where it can receive available light, while the supplied connecting cable provides the required link to the camera. Instructions are also included to assist with installation and operation. Compatible with all CuddeLink and Tracks cameras, this complete solar power package is a practical choice for hunters, land managers and wildlife observers who want to reduce battery changes and maintain trail camera coverage for longer periods. Its sun-and-shade charging capability is particularly useful for wooded properties where full sunlight may not reach every camera location throughout the day.Specifications and Features: 5-watt polycrystalline solar panel for sun or shade 4000 mAh rechargeable power capacity Two built-in 7.2V NiMH rechargeable batteries Compatible with all CuddeLink and Tracks cameras Camera batteries provide backup power when solar charge is depleted Power and charging status indicators Includes connecting cable, Genius mount, mounting strap and instructions Weight: 3.4 lb Brand: Cuddeback Model: Sun & Shade Solar Power Bank Product Type: Trail Camera Solar Power Bank Manufacturer Part Number: PW-003 UPC: 700868100033
