Xcaliber Knife Company Drop Point Mini Features The Xcaliber Knife Company Drop Point Mini uses an out the front sliding mechanism to deploy its 1.8 inch blade with a quick single motion push of the slide lock. Machined from 440C stainless steel the drop point blade holds a plain edge well suited to everyday cutting tasks like opening packages and cutting cordage. A saber grind gives the blade a strong durable edge geometry while the black finish helps resist corrosion and glare. At just 0.078 inches thick the blade stays slim without sacrificing the rigidity needed for daily use. The 3.52 inch handle is machined from aluminum and finished in a bold US flag pattern giving the knife a standout look that still holds up to daily pocket carry. An ambidextrous slide lock allows the knife to be opened and closed with either hand making it accessible regardless of the user s dominant hand. At a closed length of 5.44 inches and a weight of just 2.47 ounces the Drop Point Mini disappears easily into a pocket until it is needed. For everyday carry users who want a fast opening distinctive looking OTF knife the Xcaliber Drop Point Mini delivers both style and function.
