Tisas 1911 A1 Service Aztec Features The Tisas Arms Customs 1911 A1 Service Aztec is built on a full carbon steel frame and slide giving the pistol the heft and durability that defined the original 1911 platform used by generations of shooters. The single action only trigger delivers the crisp consistent break that 1911 enthusiasts expect allowing for precise shot placement in 45 ACP. Serrations machined into the slide provide a secure grip for manipulating the slide under stress or with gloved hands. A thumb safety offers classic reliable manual control consistent with the 1911 design that has stood the test of time. The frame s integrated beavertail helps protect the shooter s hand from slide bite while also promoting a higher more consistent grip for improved recoil control. At an overall length of 8.5 inches and weighing 2.27 pounds the pistol carries the substantial confidence inspiring heft that steel framed 1911 pistols are known for. The pistol ships with two magazines giving owners a spare on hand for range sessions or carry redundancy. For shooters who want authentic steel 1911 construction without the premium custom shop price tag the Tisas 1911 A1 Service Aztec is available for sale at GrabAGun.
