Sct Manufacturing SCT 17 Billet Magwell Features The Sct Manufacturing SCT 17 Billet Magwell is machined from 6061 aluminum a material chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio and its ability to hold a precise fit against the SCT 17 frame over repeated use. The hard coat anodized black finish adds wear and corrosion resistance keeping the magwell looking and performing like new well after installation. Its compact style flares the magazine well opening just enough to guide magazines into place quickly without adding noticeable bulk to the grip making it well suited to shooters who want a faster reload without changing their carry profile. The single screw design is central to the product s ease of use letting it mount securely without requiring a full disassembly of the pistol. Faster more confident magazine changes are the direct benefit of this flared opening which widens the entry point so a magazine can be driven home even under stress or in low light. The same geometry that aids reloads also gives the shooter a slightly larger surface to grip improving purchase on the pistol during recoil management. Because installation is a single-screw process the SCT 17 Billet Magwell can be added or removed without specialized tools or gunsmithing. For shooters who use their SCT 17 frame in competition or duty settings where reload speed matters this magwell is a worthwhile upgrade available for sale at GrabAGun.
