Mossberg Gold Reserve Features The Mossberg Gold Reserve pairs a 28 inch blue polished vent rib barrel with corrosion resistant chrome lined bores and chambers giving shooters a shotgun built to handle years of field and range use without excessive maintenance. The scroll engraved polished silver receiver with gold inlay gives the Gold Reserve an elegant traditional look that stands out among modern break action shotguns. A jeweled action and dual locking lugs add both visual refinement and mechanical durability while a tang mounted safety and barrel selector keep controls fast and intuitive to operate. The included five choke extended sport set lets shooters tailor their pattern for everything from close flushing birds to longer passing shots. The grade A walnut stock is finished in a satin black walnut for a classic look and feel with a 14 inch length of pull suited to a wide range of shooters. Shell ejectors clear spent hulls automatically speeding up reloads during fast paced upland hunts or competitive 5-Stand rounds. A bead front sight keeps the sighting picture simple and traditional matching the shotgun s classic design philosophy. At 6.75 pounds and 45 inches overall the Mossberg Gold Reserve in 28 gauge is a lightweight well balanced shotgun for hunters and sporting clay shooters who want genuine craftsmanship in a field ready package.
