LanTac Raven 2 Billet Receiver Set Features The LanTac Raven 2 Billet Receiver Set pairs a matched upper and lower receiver machined from billet aluminum rather than cast or forged stock giving a builder tighter tolerances and a cleaner fit between the two halves. Chambered for 5.56 and .223 Rem the set is built around the proven AR-15 platform that shooters already know how to accessorize and maintain. The black hardcoat anodized finish protects the aluminum from wear moisture and everyday handling so the receivers hold their appearance and function over years of use. A 45 degree safety selector shortens the throw between safe and fire letting a shooter get on target faster under pressure. Because the set ships as stripped upper and lower receivers it gives a builder complete control over the internals from the trigger group to the bolt carrier group to the furniture so the finished rifle reflects exactly what it is meant to do. The ambidextrous design accommodates both right and left handed shooters without requiring aftermarket parts to reverse controls. At 1.64 pounds for the receiver set the Raven 2 keeps the foundation of the build light without sacrificing the rigidity billet construction is known for. Whether the goal is a duty style carbine a home defense rifle or a dedicated range gun the LanTac Raven 2 Billet Receiver Set gives a builder a proven starting point for sale at GrabAGun.
