Kynshot Recoil Buffer Features The Kynshot Recoil Buffer uses patented hydraulic shock absorption technology to control the rearward impact of the bolt as it reaches the end of its travel smoothing out one of the harshest moments in a shotgun s cycle. That same hydraulic damping also cushions the forward impact as the bolt strips and chambers the next round reducing wear on the receiver and bolt over time. Built as a drop-in replacement for the factory buffer installation requires no modification to the shotgun and takes only minutes. The stainless steel housing protects the internal fluid and seals from corrosion even under hard repeated use in the field or at the range. Because the hydraulic fluid and seals are manufactured to meet mil-spec requirements the buffer performs consistently across an ambient temperature range from negative 30 to positive 150 degrees Fahrenheit making it reliable in both frigid winter hunts and hot summer competitions. At only 3.06 inches in length and 4.60 ounces in weight the buffer adds negligible bulk while delivering a noticeable reduction in felt recoil and mechanical shock. Shooters who put high round counts through their shotguns will appreciate how this upgrade protects internal components from the fatigue that repeated hard impacts can cause. It is a straightforward durable way to extend the life and improve the shooting experience of any compatible shotgun.
